ssent couple of photos to didi last week back today alas cannot upload picture:-( will have to borrow me dads camera still haveing trouble with my connection anyone know how to install a hi-speed usb hub?whats that all about

With my camera, I never bothered installing any software. I just plug the usb lead in, Windows reads it as a plug & play device and I just copy the images to my C: drive.
Never used a high speed usb hub, but again, you should just be able to plug it into an existing usb port, and it should work, giving you extra usb ports to plug into.

TRY PLUGGING YOUR CAMERA INTO ALL THE DIFFERENT USB PORTS ONE SHOULD/SHOULD BE A HI-SPEED, IF NOT YOU NEED BUY A HI-SPEED; OPEN AND ADD THEM TO YOUR COMPUTOR
