Good find today. Book is like new, and is dated 99 as well as signed.

I was in my local charity shop this morning and found a Martin Peters signed autobiography  bought it for 50p

Yesterday a found a signed lp from 1978 for 99p that gave me an autograph I missed out on when the chap was alive. One of entertainment's great characters. Love the cover artwork as well.

#1257 Greg - Yes. The only authors I like who have big bodies of work are too expensive to collect, plus I tend to collect non-fiction more. 🙂 As well as my wife's Jackie Collins books, I also have five books signed by her sister Joan.

Yesterday I picked up two signed books for 50p each. Also picked up an unsigned book in the Works for 49p which will be a ttm request some time soon. Last of the big spenders - NOT! 🙂

 

Downbeat Music Guide HB 1/1 1977 by Antony Hopkins, CBE

 

Not to be confused with the actor, Antony is a celebrated composer, pianist, conductor, and radio broadcaster. He has a nice signature.
