Joshua Hayes - 31 days
Joshua kindly signed my 4x6 Doctor Who photo, record card and sent a signed letter.
Frances Barber - 64 days and 36 days (2 requests)
Frances kindly signed two 4x6 Doctor Who photos, a 6x4 Red Dwarf photo and a record card from two requests I sent 4 weeks apart. I sent the second request as I was never happy with the original pic I sent, but both came back today.

No idea Sy! I had to sell my original themed signed Who card collection in 2007 for our move (585 signed cards all sold as a set), but kept all the letters and signed photos, etc. I only started my own pics again after Matt Smith started. If you include letters, etc - there are hundreds of people I have sigs from who have been in Who.
My first ever autographs of any kind were obtained in 1978 and 79 at Panopticon Who conventions in London when I was a kid. Meeting some of the people back then like Jon Pertwee, Tom Baker and others was cool as I had the natural excitement of a kid. I vividly remember Matt Irvine showing me the models, especially the spiders fro Jon Pertwee's final story. He noticed I got a buzz from that, and signed from him and Boris (the name he gave to a robot spider he had).
Meeting Colin Baker in 1999 at a collector's fair at Waford leisure centre got me started collecting autographs so I have fond memories of that. He has been a good ttmer since then as well.
Meeting Nicola Bryant at a convention in Coventry in 2000 is a big highlight. My favourite of the companions. The only time I ever had a proper posed photo with anyone. My wife hates this photo. See said if ever there was a prize for leering I would win it with ease. 🙂
I remember getting a four page letter from Jenny Linden which took me by surprise.
Visually, one of my favourite pics to date is one I did for Ian McNeice. I loved the Dalek shadow and thought this pic looked so cool , plus he signed it in just the right spot.
Without a doubt though, our favourite reply to date was from the wonderful soul and actor Tony Curran. When he played Vincent van Gogh he gave a truly memorable performance, and gave viewers an insight into someone suffering from depression and bipolar disorder. I wrote to him about this as it was rare to see someone on screen who clearly understood, sent him a couple of pics, and had a beautiful reply which we treasure.
Sorry, better stop there. Turned this into a bit of a ramble. I have met some wonderful people from Who that are no longerwith us and greatly missed, plus had some wonderful ttms. It's a blast writing to Who people.
