I sent two cards to United legend Wilf McGuiness  I got both cards back signed .Many thanks to the kind member who helped me out with this reply .

Wilf McGuiness signed for United as a trainee in 1953 he signed as a pro in October 1954 and he made his debut on 8/10/1954 in a 3-2 win against Wolves he went on to play 85 games and he scored 2 goals . Wilf came back to United as manager in 1969 .
