Marianne Faithfull - 10 days via The Barbican Centre

Broken English was one of those ground breaking albums that makes you a fan, and I have listened to Marianne on and off over the years since. About 18 months ago I picked up a HB 1/1 edition of her 2007 book 'memories, dreams and reflections' from The Works for £2.99, and have been sitting on it waiting for an opportunity to send it. She was recently on tour over here, so I took the opportunity to send my book to her. She played the Barbican last Tuesday, and finished the UK part of her tour on Thursday night.

Chuffed to bits to get this back signed. Envelope stamps unmarked also. One of my better ttm successes. 🙂

can i ask nigel, and this might sound stupid but when you send via venue, what do you put on your envelope?  is it just the artists name and venue address?

Some add the date of performance if sending ahead of time. No problem with that. I do that if sending abroad.
