Funny how this hobby pans out. Last week I had one day where I had a Doctor Who reply and some Doctor Who purchases arrive. Today it is an EastEnders day - 3 cards that take me up to 519 different signed EE cards.

Nitin Ganatra - 17 days via Elstree

some may remember the troubles a few of had getting Nitin's latest signed card as they kept sending his older card. I decided to try again recently, and thankfully got the new card signed this time.

The two purchases were good ones. I already had the later full name variant of the early Gemma Bissix card, so pleased to add the original first name only card. Better still was a rare signed Joe Absolom card.

Richard - I started collecting in early 2000, but sold our original collection of over 500 cards in Aug/Sep 2007 to help fund our house move, so our daughter could access better day services. After the sale i had 63 cards left, and the others have been added since then when I restarted in Apr 2008.

To be fair, it has been easier second time round. With my previous collecting experience I knew which former cast members still had cards, and the economy collapse in 2008 made it a hell of a lot cheaper to buy cards, but I have seen signs of prices going up again.

This year has been a bit frustrating getting newer cards from Elstree. Others on here who collect them will back that up.

Nice to see an EE reply had been getting worried they'd maybe stopped not had anything myself for a good number of months or seen anything either glad you managed his new card anyway and 2 nice pick ups as well

Well done with the cards Nigel,I saw the Joe Absalom card for sale,but the price was higher than I'm looking to pay at the moment. I've got about 7 EE requests out at the moment-I thought it was just my bad luck!
