A couple of replies today. Also had some purchases arrive this week, but will probably save them for a quiet rainy day when not much going on. No rush. 🙂

Rolf Harris - 12 days

I'm a sucker for Rolf and have written to him a few times over the years to great success, but had never got his biography signed. Found an unread 1st edition for a £1 in a charity shop, so sent that off, and it duly came back signed/dedicated with Rolf doodle. One of the great all round entertainers for me - art, music, a few iffy jokes and top personality.

Miranda Richardson - 346 days

Another favourite of mine, I think she is fabulous. Queenie in Blackadder II is my all time favourite comedy character - Miranda is in a world of her own in the part, just brilliant. As such, chuffed she signed my pic of her as Queenie, but my Harry Potter pic came back unsigned. Not a disaster as the Queenie pic was the main one for me. Very pleased.

Excellent response from Rolf Nigel, Love the way he's done that for you. I had a similar result with his book last year, Charity shops are brilliant for picking cheap first edition books up.
And Queenie, Loved the Black adder series, Well done again.

#13 - Joe, definitely try again. I have had four replies from Rolf over the last nine years - three have given me doodles with my replies. The first time he signed and doodled my 1969 Rolf Harris Annual. The 2nd time he sent a signed photo. The 3rd time he signed the photo I took of him in concert at Dingwalls Camden and signed/doodled the 8x5 inch record card I also sent. Then the 4th reply today which was signed/doodled.
