The first of 2 finds this weekend

I pick this book up for £1.49 from a local charity shop yesterday. Hard backed first edition from 1991. I think all Keith's books have a printed graph to the title page but this one also has a written graph with "Best Dishes" and the famous wine glass he had in the other hand whilst cooking... definitely hand signed as you can feel the impression of the ink on the paper.

Keith Floyd (28 December 1943 – 14 September 2009) was a British celebrity chef, television personality and restaurateur, who hosted cooking shows for the BBC and published many books combining cookery and travel. On television, his eccentric style of pre... Certainly a character in his day.
