You do not need Jamie Oliver for Christmas leftovers, but I bet you have fun with his recipes afterwards - it's quite enjoyable cooking up meals you have not had before.

Talking of leftovers, after yesterday's turkey lunch, we had turkey and cranberry sauce sandwiches last night, but are being a little more creative today, and will be having turkey fajitas this evening.

This morning I will be more traditional, and have some bubble & squeak for brunch. God help the missus and daughter later! ]:)
