Stone Roses Premier and Olly Murs

Last night I went to the Stone Roses premier for their new film "Made of Stone" in Manchester..They were my main aim although I also heard others were meant to turn up Liam Gallagher, David Beckham and Rhys Ifans so I did want them although we were told they pulled out with Liam preferring to go to London for his music promotion not a clue about the rest who cancelled..A few other various radio presenters and actors went but wasn't majorly bothered about them or the This is England cast who also went. I did though get Guy Garvey the lead singer from Elbow on a white card and some pics from stone roses, although Reni pulled out which was a shame apparently feeling unwell. Anyway I got the following:

I got John Squire on index couldn't manage him on my photo he signed the index first then walked off:

Finally I got Mani on my group photo although he used someones Red pen to sign for everyone and I also got Ian on the pic:

Then this morning Olly Murs was in town promoting a few things and kindly signed for everyone waiting quite a lot of 12 year old girls running around screaming with their mums which nearly ruined things with it being half term too not ideal but luckily I managed a photo with him, 2 photos signed and an index signed before most of them got to him and it became chaos.

great them mate,,i know mani well,he is in my scooter club,and he lives about 10 minutes from me;-) not seen him for months though because my scoot been off the road for near on a year,and he is too busy with the stones to visit the club at the moment

Stone Roses are way up their in the music respect stakes for a lot of people. Getting who you did was was awesome.

That is a great haul Matt. Love the Stone Roses - went to see them in March at Festival Hall in Melbourne.  Great night
