Sir David Attenborough signed my book :-D

I sent this book off to Sir David, bought for a £1 from a local charity shop Via a privare address, On Thursday the 6th of January, Today the 8th of January the book has been returned signed by the world's greatest Naturalist and he has also added a note thanking me for the kind words in my letter..What a fantastic start to my TTM requests for 2011.
Sir David Frederick Attenborough OM, CH, CVO, CBE, FRS, FZS, FSA (born 8 May 1926 in London, England) is a broadcaster and naturalist. His career as the respected face and voice of natural history programmes has endured for more than 50 years. He is best known for writing and presenting the nine "Life" series, in conjunction with the BBC Natural History Unit, which collectively form a comprehensive survey of all life on the planet. He is also a former senior manager at the BBC, having served as controller of BBC Two and director of programming for BBC Television in the 1960s and 1970s. Than you ever so much Sir David Attenbrough.
And let's start the year as we mean to go on...Royal Mail have given me back my £3.68 worth of unfranked stamps.

Nice one Alex, Sir David is brilliant. I love that book, a great read, but a chunky monkey for posting. I know from when I sent my one. Glad you got your stamps back unmarked as well. I have been quite lucky with that lately as well. Great note from Sir David as well. 🙂
