Time to resurrect this thread for anything related to autographed books. I'll kick off with a purchase today -

Born Wild HB 1st by Tony Fitzjohn, OBE

Tony's new book has recently been released and we picked up a signed HB 1st at half price in a British Bookshops & Stationers promotion. Very pleased as Kelly and I were only saying the other day it looked a book we would both enjoy.

As I said in the last post..I was hoping to get down Blackburn on Saturday..Found another signed book in the Works bookshop. Signed first edition copy of Stuart MacBrides "Shatter the Bones". Nice buy for less than £4.

Stuart MacBride is a Scottish writer, most famous for his crime thrillers set in the "Granite City" of Aberdeen and featuring Detective Sergeant Logan McRae.

Passing through WH Smiths in Accrington the other day and just happened to spot this bargain..Jackie Collins latest book signd by the Author sticker on the front ...and half price. Had a book TTM result back from her sister Joan Collins at Christmas "VV" and that cost around the same price..£1 for the book then £3 for postage each way plus a couple of padded envelopes...They will sit well together. Get down your local stores and check them out.

Fantasy author signing at Waterstones MK today. I was too busy talking to him to notice he stiffed me with a first name only sig. Did get it dated and lined though.

Two good ones from Poundland today. They must have added some new stock to the shelves in the last couple of days, but unusually for them, lots of odd books, so possibly clearing leftover stock from the store room. I had a good rummage, but these were all I could find.
