Bryan Douglas :-).
I picked up this Stanley Paul first edition from 1960 of Ronnie Clayton's autobiograph "A Slave to Soccer" and sent it along to Ewood Park the home of Blackburn Rovers FC on the 14th of October for him to sign. Ronnie has kindly signed the book and inside between pages 16 and 17 are 2 signed index cards by himself and ex team mate and best friend Bryan Douglas, he has also got Bryan to sign the b/w photo on page 17. Very nice.

Nice result Alex, I'm pleased for you. I once spent an afternoon hosting a chat room with Ronnie Clayton, Clive Barker the cricketer and Ivan Smith the referree on behalf of the "Baby Boomers" during silver surfers' week some years ago -- which was a novel experience as I am not a football fan. I ended up doing it as ivan, who arranged the event, could not use a computer. Ronnie Clayton is a real gentleman, and it was pleasure to have met him.
