Ray Wilson MBE..what a gentleman, top bloke.

I picked up a copy of Ray's autobiography " My Life In Soccer" from 1969 and sent it along with a 1966 England multi signed team photo already signed by 5 on Monday 7th of November along with a donation to a charity of Ray's choice.Today the items have returned signed by the world cup winner along with the donation I sent...he has even signed the back of my request letter  and returned that too...Top Bloke and a favourite of this forum.

Ray has also dedicated the book and added an inscription.....

"Best Wishes To Alex Ray Wilson...FA Cup Winner  1966 and likewise World Cup Winner ...One Wonderful Year"!

I've said it before and I'll be saying it again...Ray Wilson MBE One of the boys from '66. That's 2 super replies from the '66 lads this week and more than happy to add these to my collection. "He who Dares" and unfranked stamps..Top result!

This book won't come cheap I'm afraid...unless one surfaces in a charity shop...few and far between as you say.

Probably more signed copies about than unsigned now.

fantastic signed book mate love the inscription,how did you find another copy,like you like to have a double of the 66 boys autobiography infact 3 of some of them but dont tell the wife

If I find any of the boys from '66 autobiog's..Old or new.. at a reasonable price..I will buy them...picked up another 2 signed copies of Jimmy Greaves the other week..around a fiver each.
