Postponed game Stanley V Bury FC..IP Graphs.

After checking with the club that the game was stll on at 1.30pm I went up to the ground around 2.10pm. No Turnstiles open and a spokesman from the club saying that due to the horrendous down pour we'd just had there was a lot of standing water on the pitch and the ground staff were doing all they could to remove it with another inspection due shortly..................needless to say the game was called off at 2.25pm. Being so late on the Bury team were here so hung around for a while hoping to IP the lads as they got onto the team coach. Even with the poor weather I managed to get 18 of the squad that travelled over.... certainly missed another 2 plus I got Bury team manager David Flitcroft to sign it also.  Good result IP wise. Never saw a Stanley player yesterday so I will take this programme to the next home game for some of the lads to sign........Thanks to all 19 who stopped and signed yesterday..Can't believe how well the programme turned out with the dreaded rain...Top Blokes.

done very well there Alex considering how horrendous it was, I was at Bolton yesterday and all it did was tip it down with very strong winds made it impossible for me to get stuff signed anyway so glad you've managed to do so well
