PLEASE READ! FAKE TOURE!

Hi I sole a yaya tour boot recently, the buyer returned it saying he was unhappy, I issued a full refund, I have checked his bay account and I am pretty sure he got my boot to try and copy the signature as he now has a tour boot for sale and he has used my picture! He also says the signature is in a different place to the photo! The ebay I'd is 179931. If you check my shop you can see the boot then if you check his he has used the same pic., what can I do? He has bids on the boot so someone is going to get ripped off? Thanks Tommy Coyles memorabilia

hes copied your photo, his listing description would set alarm bells off in most peoples heads. But this is why dealers watermark or put a piece of paper with their ebay id in the photo also. it happens alot.

suppose all you can do is report to ebay on copyright grounds- and watermark your photos from now on.

The listing has now been taken off, I will put watermarks on my photos now. Thanks for the advice. Tommy
