Sent my "Old England XI" cricket programme, FDC, index cards and Middlesex club crest card to John Price ex Middlesex and England cricketer on 11/5 received all back signed on 17/5. He also answered my questions on my letter. Great reply. He is the ninth ex player to sign the programme and FDC.

John Price played cricket for Middlesex between 1963-75 as a right-arm fast-medium bowler. He played 279 first class matches, scoring 1108 runs with a best score of 53 not out. He took 817 wickets with best figures of 8/48.

He also played 15 tests for England between 1964-72, scoring 66 runs with a top score of 32. He took 40 wickets, with best figures of 5/73.
