Identification on Autograph

I recently purchased a rather large number of Chelsea programmes and while checking them some were signed i have managed to work out them all apart from this my only idea is Ken Bates any help or confirmation would be great cheers.

Brian i think it is his myself now after doing some further checks i do have his autograph in another programme but i need too remember from what season.
