Difficult conditions yesterday, a lot of standing water on the pitch but same for both sides and we did well to come from 1-0 down and 2-1 down to draw the game 2-2. Still 2 home points dropped though but I must say Newport are an inproved side after the sacking of Terry Butcher and John Sheridan taking over the reigns.

Even though it poured down most of the afternoon I still managed to get all the 18 squad players that travelled up for the game plus manager John Seridan to sign the match day programme and kept it dry. Great bunch of lads

sat in the stand was assistant manager at Rangers FC David Weir, managed to get him to sign a card. He had two spells playing for Rangers and had few years at Everton.

Brian...That's 5 Scottish internationals I could have added to that shirt of yours in the last month with 4 having played for Celtic also.
