Hayden Panettiere purchase

I couldn't make it to LFACC last weekend so thought I would order through their official send in service and got my 11x14 back today.  It is quite badly smudged at the end of her name which I'm really dissapointed with as I had planned to put this one on the wall, not sure whether I'm going to or not now:

They did however include a 10x8, I'm guessing by way of apology, not blaming them though, just one of those things unfortunately and the smudge aside can't fault their service:

Such a shame what you planned did not work out, but nice of them to try rectifying by way of an extra. You sent an awesome pic.

By using their pre-order service, what was the difference between on the day price and pre-order price? There is often one or two I would like, but can never get to the event.

it wasn't too bad Nigel, they charge an extra 5 pounds per autograph plus postage.

The con in my eyes is that if you want it dedicated they charge and extra fiver on top

#4 - Thanks Greg. That sounds quite reasonable for the hard to get people who cannot be obtained ttm, and I may consider it in future.

The dedication fee is all about time v money. If they are dedicating, they are signing less autographs which means less money.
