Harry Gregg MBE signed my book and card.:-p"P

I sent this book, Bought for 33p in a charity shop( 3 for a pound) and an index card off to Harry Gregg via a "P.A" on the 9th of May. Today the book, Dedicated to myself, and card have ben returned to me signed by one of Utd's greatest ever keepers. What he did at Munich in 1958 will never be forgotten, "People chose to remember Harry for what I did at Munich, yet he's proud to have just been an apprentice carpenter who represented his country at every level of the game. Yes, I'm simply Harry Gregg, the ex-footballer." Gregg is rated by many as one of the best – if not the very best – goalkeepers Manchester United ever had, yet he achieved no medals to justify this claim – made all the more frustrating for him by the fact that he played for the club during one of their most successful periods. He was ruled out of the 1963 FA Cup victory due to a serious shoulder injury, and a succession of injuries meant that he could not play enough games to qualify for a league championship medal in the 1964–65 and 1966–67 title-winning campaigns. Thank you very much Harry Gegg MBE. Very pleased to add this to my signed bok collection.

PS; Another 8 stamps to be recycled... again.
