HELP PLEASE

Can anyone give me an idiots step by step guide how I go about uploading an attachment to a post please.  I have tried for the last two nights but I am no nearer finding a solution.  In fact, I am tearing my hair out in frustration!!!  :_|:_|:_|:_|:_|:_|:_|

Had the same problem, could not get it to upload pics, so opened a photo album in the end, and managed to upload to that

Would also appreciate some help please

i use imageshack,unfortunately as off yet i havent been able to work out how to post the image directly on here,or how to upload pics into the photo album:-(  you can click on imageshack and once uploaded,use the to post a link on here

wazzer,sorted it:-) got there in the end,,cheers,,only problem being they are dark??
