I haven't had a reply for some time as I haven't sent any out for some time. Might send a couple off this week.

First up are a set of gifts from Greg.    3 Henson related signatures to add to the collection  -

Last up is this years birthday present from the family (I asked them all to chip in). Jim Henson's signature is quite expensive and I have been looking around the market for years, being outbid in various auctions. I saw the follow copy of "Of Muppet and Men" and decided to go for it (I already have a copy with a signed bookplate from the author Christoper Finch). It was more expensive than I thought (mixed up my pounds for dollars), but I'm pleased. I have seen signed copies of this book before - Henson sent a signed copy to each special guest on The Muppet Show for Christmas 1981 (copies sent to Dizzy Gillespie, Buddy Rich and Lola Falana have been for sale before) - so there must be around 120 out there. 

This copy was originally from the estate of horror actor Vincent Price. He has also signed the front end paper.

Fantastic looking signed items. What a brilliant purchase. I loved Vincent Price, so for me it is even cooler to see that connection with the book. He was a remarkable man. The posters look stunning.
