Today, April 5, 2012, I received a personalized reply from American rock 'n roll pioneer Fats Domino (later 1950's). I had written to him on March 27. Sent SSAE and 3x5 card for signing. Card reads "Luck-Fats Domino," with a Post-It-Note attached on reverse that reads "Only Autograph Request! THANK YOU!" What shocked me was the speed of the reply......8 mailing days, both directions! WOW. Unfortunately, I cannot provide a scan of the autograph or return envelope, and I apologize.
