Ebay purchase from a collecter selling his collection!Eva was Chelsea' doctor  for 6 years from 2009-2015 until the infamous Jose Mourinho incedent against Swansea in 2015 when she ran on the pitch to attend Eden Hazzard.Ive written to her 6 times to both Harley Street and Gibralter to no avail so was really chuffed when this came up on Ebay!
