On 5/27/12, I wrote Ethan Phillips, who starred as "Neelix" in Star Trek: Voyager, with a TTM autograph request. I sent him an SSAE and two 3x5 cards for signing. The second card was for a life-long friend and fellow Trekkie. On 12/30/13, I received his long-awaited response with card 1 signed "For Pat- Ethan Phillips," while card 2 was signed for my friend, Hiram. His address can be found in the fanmail.biz database.
