I wrote to Eddie towards the end of last season sending a postcard and Match Attax card for signing,and Eddie's obviously decided to catch up on his mail.

Eddie Howe is a former footballer and manager of Burnley. A defender before retirement who spent much of his career at Bournemouth,with a short spell at Portsmouth, he was the youngest manager in the Football League when appointed Bournemouth manager in January 2009

Eddie is the only manager who has refused to sign a Stanley programme for me..whilst he was at Bournmouth...had to send the programme down to the ground to theassistant manager who then got Eddie to sign it for me...as Nigel said..he's a young un and has plenty of prospect.

Alex,I remember you having the problem getting him signed.I got him last season at Cardiff v Burney and he was okay as well,he was obviously having a bad day that day!
