David Ford ex Sheff Weds success....

Sent SW team pic, photos and index cards to David Ford via private address on 22/3 received all back signed on Sat 26/3. He also added a nice note to the bottom of my letter.

David Ford played 245 games, scoring 42 goals, for Sheff Weds, Newcastle U., Sheff Utd and Halifax in a career from 1965-76. He played in the 1966 FA Cup final for Sheff Weds, scoring there second goal in a 3-2 defeat to Everton.

After quitiing football he has run his own plumbing and heating business as well as other interests in the Sheffield area.
