I sent three cards to Danny Mcgrain at Celtic Training groung two weeks ago , I got all threee cards back signed today .

Defender Danny McGrain signed for Celtic on the 13th of May 1967 he went on to play 679 games for Celtic and he scored 13 goals . He won 9 league winners medals 5 Scottish Cup winners medals and 2 League Cup medals . Danny left Celtic on the 12th of May 1987 , he was a great servant to the club .

Fantastic reply Brian.  I know Danny and his wife very well and they are lovely people.  What a fantastic player.  One of the best right backs in the world in his day.
