Dakota Fanning SUCCESS

Back in September 2011, I mailed an autograph request to the young American actress Dakota Fanning. Included was an SSAE and a photo for signing. I received her reply today. The photo I mailed her was returned, unsigned, but she sent another color photo in its' place, signed "Pat-  :-x Dakota Fanning :-x" What a nice way to start the New Year!

She is such a sweetheart. We had a response from her when she was 10 years old. Such a remarkable talent from a young age, with eyes that looked wiser than her years. She always used to respond to requests personally, and sign what you sent adding her age at the time, but I guess continued success, especially the explosion of fandom around Twilight has meant she cannot do this now.

It would be lovely to see how she signs now she is a young woman. Do you have a picture of what you received?

I had a success form her a couple of years or so ago. She is a fantastic actress and will no doubt have an Oscar success down the line. Her sister too is an up and coming actress
