RPCA charity shop did me proud again yesterday. 2 signed books for £1.50. First up for a £1 is local lad Greame Fowler's sporting Diary from 1988. Cricket Pro, Born and bred in Accrington too. First Eglish batsman to score a double century in a test match in India.

On the same shelf was " Emporor The field of swords" signed by Author Conn Iggulden, First edition from 2005. This was only 50p.
Conn Iggulden (born 1971) is a British author who mainly writes historical fiction. He also co-authored The Dangerous Book for Boys.

Very nice addition to your cricketing collecton, Alex and 50p for a signed hardback first edition...can't go wrong with that.
