Bryan Robson on testimonial programme.....

Received this programme signed by Sammy McIlroy as a gift from  Paul (knock-knock) a few weeks ago. Decided to get some more sigs, so off it went to Bryan Robson on 23/8 and returned today, 28/8 signed by BR.

Could anyone help with addresses for the following;

Tommy Doc, Gordon McQueen, Frank Stapleton & Lou Macari. Any help would be much appreciated.
