Sent football cards and index cards to Bob (Sammy) Chapman on 6/1. He signed the index cards but not the football cards. A little disapointed but still a nice reply.

Bob played 422 times for Notts Forest between 1964-77, scoring 23 goals. He later went on to play for Notts County and Shrewsbury.
