Another Frank Oz fail

I had a RTS from Mr Oz late last year, so I thought I would try another address that a few people had some luck with. Came back RTS last week. I think it got through to him as it was forwarded from the original address I sent it to, I just think Frank is not doing TTM at the moment. I just so happen to have purchased a signed photo of Frank earlier in the week (from ebay). Hope it is legit as I know he used to send out secs (and it's from an ebayer that is not a registered dealer). I'll post it when it turns up for some advice.
