One challenge we’d heard from sellers was the inability to view their orders history beyond the last 90 days. This made it more challenging to use orders data to file taxes, manage inventory, carry out customer service, and re-engage past buyers.
However, we’re pleased to announce that we have now expanded orders history beyond 90 days, dating back to 2 years. You can access the extended orders history via:
- Seller Hub Orders
- My eBay Sold
- Download orders reports from Seller Hub orders and Reports tab
Sellers can now accomplish the below in Seller Hub:
- Filter 2 years of orders using newly introduced date filters: this year, last year, and custom date search dating back to 2 years
- Download orders report csv for 2 years
- Re-engage with past buyers by sending them coupons
- Please note that you can’t access buyer and recipient PII information for orders older than 90 days. This will protect buyer privacy
If you have not yet switched over to Seller Hub and continue to view order details through My eBay, you can:
- Filter 2 years of order using newly introduced date filters: this year, last year
- Please note that you can’t access buyer and recipient PII information for orders older than 90 days. This will protect buyer privacy
