Yodel delivery services are temporarily unavailable on the eBay site due to ongoing network capacity constraints.

All other carrier services (Royal Mail, EVRi, InPost, DPD and UPS) remain available for purchase on platform.
To ensure you are not adversely affected, eBay will automatically protect your performance including:
- Your late delivery rate, which will be removed for affected orders between 25 November to 7 December 2024
- Your “item not received” count in your service metrics dashboard
- We will also remove any negative and neutral feedback relating to or arising from late or non-delivery as a result of Yodel’s network capacity constraints.
