We recently removed the “eBay Delivery” service for non-authenticated items and replaced it with individual carrier services for Evri, Yodel, DPD, DHL, UPS and InPost. 

 

This update was made to provide clarity to buyers on who will be delivering the item and to ensure that you collect accurate postage costs for the service you will use. Please note that live listings and re-listed items will continue to use the “eBay Delivery” service until they are revised. 

 

In the meantime, we have updated relevant carrier services for Business Policies where “eBay Delivery” was selected. The changes are as follows:

 

  • eBay Delivery - Evri, Yodel and DPD will now default to Evri Tracked.
  • eBay Delivery - Evri, DPD and UPS Next Day will now default to Evri Next Day.
  • eBay Delivery - InPost locker drop-off will now default to InPost locker drop-off.
  • eBay Delivery - Packlink 1-3 days UPS Large will now default to UPS Next Day.
