We recently informed you of the upcoming changes regarding the requirement to include information of an EU economic operator for CE-marked products sold or exported to the EU. This requirement will come into force on 16 July 2021.
As mentioned in our last communication we committed to looking into providing more information on options for our sellers that do not currently have an economic operator. If you are looking for an EU-authorised representative for the products you may sell to or in the EU, we have identified some experienced third-party companies who may be able to assist. The following companies can provide support for most products (whether soft or hard goods) covered by the requirements.
