We know it’s important for sellers to quickly see and understand the transaction defects they receive - and make adjustments to continue to sell successfully.
Sellers can now access an enhanced transaction defect report directly from the seller dashboard. This redesigned report now syncs with the dashboard on a daily basis making it easier to access the details needed to effectively manage defects.
Now you can:
· Sort transaction defects by evaluation period and defect type to get a clearer picture of any areas that may need your attention
· View which defects have been removed by eBay - through automated protections and via transactions where you’ve asked eBay to step in and help
· Download reports every month and save them to your report history - making it easy to maintain a handy record of past transaction periods
To review your enhanced transaction defect report:
1. Go to your seller dashboard
2. Click “% of your transactions with defects”
3. Click “download a report”
