Shoppers today demand a quick, convenient online experience. We’re launching a new feature which makes shopping simpler.
From 9 October 2017, we’ll start to display a Group similar listings button on our search results page. This gives buyers the option to group listings of the same product in the search results pages, if there are listings identified as exactly the same product.
Once on product pages, buyers can choose the condition they’re looking for and select the prices that suits them. They’ll also be able to see similar products, offers, ratings and reviews for them to help them make an informed choice.
If you’re a seller, there’s nothing you need to do. Continue to offer great items at great prices, and use product identifiers to make sure we can merchandise products in a compelling way for shoppers.
This new way of presenting search results is a part of how we are evolving shopping on eBay to make it quicker for buyers to find what they are looking for, and to help sellers grow their sales.
We’re launching this experience on desktop in the UK, US, Germany and Australia and we’ll be soon rolling out to mobile.
