To make your delivery times more visible and help improve your sales, we’re replacing the Fast & Free logo with a new message that shows delivery time up front, making it easier for buyers to identify listings with the fastest arrival.
The Fast & Free logo highlighted listings with delivery times of 3 business days or less, but didn’t include any other details that buyers look for. To help your fast delivery times stand out to buyers, we’re updating Fast & Free to a simpler, more informative design.
The new postage message will include delivery times from next day to 3 business days. Based on user feedback and on-site testing, we’re making this change to help your listings with competitive postage stand out.
There is no action required, and the eligibility criteria are not changing. If your listings show the Fast & Free logo, they will automatically be updated to the new message over the next few weeks. Simply continue to offer competitive postage to qualify:
- Offer free postage and an expedited delivery option
- Offer same-day or 1-day handling
- Upload your item’s tracking details
