What’s new?  

 

New Seller cut-off time calendar - live by 13 November 

  • Set same day cut-off times for each day of the week. 
  • Choose your working days for each day of the week.

New Seller Postage Rate Table - live by 30 November 

  • Create up to 40 postage rate tables for specific regions in your postage settings.  
  • Easily manage multiple postage rate tables through the new user interface.

How to use the new features 

 

Seller cut-off time calendar:  

  • The changes will be applied at account level from mid-November, to see these go to your Postage preferences settings  
  • Your default options will remain active until the new features are manually activated in your account settings. The default cut-off time is 2pm (Monday – Friday). Saturday and Sunday are automatically considered non-working days unless you manually change this. 
  • Any changes can take up to 24 hours to be reflected in buyer-facing delivery estimates. 

Postage Rate Table: 

  • The changes will be applied at account level from the end of November, to see these go to your Postage preferences settings. 
  • If you’re already using Postage Rate Tables, these are available and marked as ‘Domestic_Default’ and ‘International_Default’.
