We’re helping you roll into winter with our new EU tyre labelling features.
eBay is making it easier for sellers to upload energy documentation for tyres on our EU, UK and Switzerland sites. Business sellers can now add energy labelling information to their tyre listings by uploading EU tyre labels and product data sheets as image files.
Business sellers are required to display this energy efficiency and performance information in their tyre listings on these sites as part of the energy efficiency labelling regulations. These documents provide buyers with relevant performance data about the tyres they are purchasing, helping to promote product safety and efficiency.
To add this information to your listings in the tyres categories (including tyres with wheels packages), all you need to do is follow these steps:
- Create a new product listing or revise an existing one
- In the listing flow, scroll down to the Item disclosures section.
- Select Show more and select the toggle next to Energy efficiency rating.
- Upload the image for both the EU tyre label and the product information sheet.
○ Once uploaded, you can select the pencil icon to add optional text for buyers with special access needs.
