***Message for sellers – eBay for Charity***

Hello,

Through eBay for Charity, sellers can donate between 10% and 100% from the sale of any item* to the charity of their choice. From today, we’re updating the eBay for Charity Donor Terms and Conditions.

The updated agreement is effective for all future eBay for Charity listings you create. Here are the main changes:

· By creating eBay for Charity listings, you commit to making a donation if the item sells.

· eBay for Charity donations are paid to PayPal Giving Fund, which will hold the Donation as trustee for the benefit of your chosen charity.

· After receiving the Donation, PayPal Giving Fund will re-grant the entire Donation, with any Gift Aid obtained on the Donation, to the participating charity you have chosen.

· If your chosen charity ceases to participate in eBay for Charity before PayPal Giving Fund pays it, PayPal Giving Fund may pay the Donation to a charity having a similar charitable purpose without notifying you.

· You may end an eBay for Charity listing and cancel the Donation using the functionality provided on ebay.co.uk, though you may incur a fee for doing so.

· If you fail to pay a Donation to PayPal Giving Fund in a timely manner, eBay may block you from listing with a Donation in the future, and may take further action to recover any loss or expense suffered.
