Returns are important when it comes to where buyers choose to shop online and the after-sales experience often determines whether a buyer will come back to eBay. We’re now putting into effect and enhancing the returns experience for everyone on eBay. This means that from August 1st, 2018, business and consumer sellers have 2 business days to issue a refund for any new return requests, once we see you’ve received a returned item. From August 1st 2018, we’ll start automatically issuing refunds on behalf of the seller, if we see that a tracked item has been delivered, and 2 business days have elapsed.
