Earlier this year, we asked many of you to start adding product identifier information to your eligible listings in certain categories. The mandate for single-variation listings went live on 29 June, and we mentioned at the time that we would ask you to do the same for your multi-variation listings from 1 September.
We’d like to let you know that the requirement for including product identifiers on multi-variation listings is being postponed to next year.
This is in response to some technical issues our sellers have highlighted when trying to add this information. We’re looking into the issues and apologise to those affected for any inconvenience caused.
We’ll be in touch later this year with more information about when you’ll need to start adding product identifiers to your multi-variation listings.
