This is pretty much identical to your previous post (https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/After-Hours/Why-has-the-product-I-listed-a-long-time-ago-received-no...) which you made three days ago. I offered a fairly detailed assessment of the reasons for your lack of sales on that thread.
I really don't think there is anything else to diagnose. Your account is based in China but your listings state that you ship from the Czech Republic (yes, you explained why) and you have a limited range of items on offer at prices which are really no different to any other seller of the same products.
As I wrote in the above-referenced post it's not that you're doing anything wrong, it's just that what you are selling and the way you are selling it doesn't appeal to buyers on eBay.
