Returns labels

I ordered 2 of an item, but needed to return both due to being defective. I went through the automatic process of arranging the return, and ebay sent me a returns label ready for royal mail to collect tomorrow.  The value confirms a refund of the whole amount (both items) but they have only sent 1 return label.  Live chat isn't an option for some reason.  Can someone advise how I can get ebay to send me another label? Thanks.

If they were ordered in one transaction and sent together one parcel may be sufficient.   But we do hear stories on here from buyers who only got one refund so it is best to send separately if possible.    You can contact ebay by requesting a callback on here:
