Help. Needed urgently please new seller here

Hi , 

I am a seller that offers free postage . Today a customer brought 2 seperate items at 2 seprate times. I don't  know how to combine items so I only print one label and both items have the same tracking number . I have never come across this before . I am in the Uk I use Royal Mail and would love to send out ASAP . I just don't know how to do this . Please can anyone help me .

Weigh & measure 2 items to be packed together.

Purchase RM postage label that covers weight, size & total value (of the 2 items) on one of the items Order.  Add the same RM Tracking / Reference off the postage label to both items on the Order page, so it will record both has been dispatched.

In future for such issues use the Selling or Postage boards under Discussion, rather than Cafe.
