You be registered as a Business Seller so its the same as if your a Trust, Charity, Not for Profit, Sole Trader etc. But. I see your a Charity that has listings for sale in France so depends where and how your Banking and Accounts are done. I would suggest a call to your Accountant and that hopefully should put you right?
